Announces New eDocs and Luggage Tag Program

Azamara Cruises, Celebrity Cruises and Royal Caribbean International announce a new electronic cruise document (eDoc) and luggage tag program designed to offer cruise guests a dynamic, one-of-a-kind pre-cruise documentation experience and simultaneously work with the client's travel agency.

This personalized, interactive, web-based format offers guests all the information they need prior to their cruise, including All Aboard Cruises's contact details, information on Shore Excursion choices, various onboard offerings available during the guests' particular cruise, travel and documentation instructions, and much more. Once the booking has been finalized, eDocs will be issued as early as 49 days prior to your sailing.

In an effort to offer you more information in a visually appealing way with less burden on the environment, all Azamara, Celebrity and Royal Caribbean bookings made on or after December 13, 2009 will generate eDocs as the default format for guest travel documentation. eDocs will also be the default format for any bookings made before December 13, 2009 that didn't include a preference selection for hard-copy guest travel documents.

•Time Savings - your edocs will be sent to you directly by email with a link to the cruise lines website and will send a copy All Aboard Cruises.

•Choices - iyou can still receive a printed document option, however, Azamara, Celebrity and Royal Caribbean will charge a $35.00 fee, no fee would be charged by All Aboard Cruises.

•24/7 access at the guest's convenience, once the eDoc is issued

•Each guest on a booking can print their own set of documents at no extra charge

•It's easy for you to print or email your itinerary for family and friends

•There is no charge to have eDocs reissued

•You may print selected pages or the entire document either in it's original format or a printer-friendly version
